Members of the Morgan Hill CERT team were instructed by Pam Rhoten in the "art" of Moulage. Moulage is what's used to simulate wounds that might happen during a medical emergency. Instruction included safety in working with the appliances and materials, creation of appliances, and the techniques involved in applying realistic make-up that appears like real wounds, shock and bruises.
